This credit card never sends an statement by either snail mail or e-mail. They only send me e- mails after the payment is overdue. Very dicusted!!!

The latest update cannot delete or update on my iPhone. Useless
I dont need a push notification when Ive been inactive for 20 minutes (not possible to turn off) and Id like notifications for transactions on my card (possible but doesnt work).
Amex, Chase, and other issuers give instant iOS or Text notifications the second the card is charged. Not so Barclays. Notifications are buried in the apps inbox (this requires a log in) and are everything but instant, taking a day or two, and are useless from a security point of view. Instant notifications are an important security feature, which makes me appreciate other cards & apps more.
At this time, this app only supports credit cards from Barclays :( even though I only have a savings account, it would be nice to have the option to access this through the app vs. mobile website.
Just to echo what others have said... Probably the most important feature of a mobile app is the ability to get instant push notifications when the card has been used. I love that feature on my AMEX card. This app has an option to turn on push notifications, but its greyed out (you cant turn it on). You also cant enable SMS notifications for transactions. Very disappointed.
Updated 8/7/16... Needs to show current balance in the payment screen instead of manually typing it in, and also theres no way to use the rewards on the app, all it does is show a balance. Still havent fixed the two issues.
Everything you need. Not too fancy, easy to navigate. It has good functionality.
One of the unacceptable card to make low score. I never seen that before.Be careful guys.
Only a few minor glitches (that dont even affect your transactions) that have been fixed within updates. Other than that the app is very easy to navigate and convenient to use.
1. Push Notifications Dont Work! 2. Takes for ever to load
I used to love this app and it was truly a wonderful app to manage my Barclays Apple Card, however the most recent update freezes all the time if it comes up at all, notifications are not working properly and worst, touch id can no longer be used and I get a message stating I need to enter fingerprints on my phone before using the app touch id. I used touch id on this app ever sense it was available and have 5 fingerprints saved on my phone. PLEASE figure this massive failure of an update out and restore the app that I used as much as any other app!!
It wants me to put in my user name and password in order to use touch. It keeps asking for this?
This app crashes every time I do Touch ID.
Until they restore the ability to paste passwords, this app is a failure as a secure app. Do you really expect your customers to type out their randomly generated 20+ digit passwords on their mobile phones?? This is what pushes people to use even simpler passwords...
Every time I tried to enable "remember username" or " Touch ID" they would be reset.. Very frustrating
Except that you have to constantly remember yet another password. Thats because they update the app instantly and every time that invalidates the fingerprint authentication. This app is a good idea that almost was
The app does almost everything youd want it to do. I can view a pdf of my current statement on my iPad but I cant open it in another app so I can save it somewhere. I would like to be able to open the statement in Dropbox so it can be saved long-term. A suggestion for an upgrade...
I dont write a lot of reviews, but this is by far the easiest credit card app to use. So what if you have to remember another password? Its super easy to see how much you have spent and its easy to pay on the app as well. Plus it shows you all the points you earn. They also send you messages on your email when you are hitting the credit limit. I love it! :)
app needs to be faster like the Amex one used to be
