Still doesnt send push notifications (or emails) for single transactions. This has never worked. Had the app for a couple years now. All software apps and OS are up to date. Pretty ridiculous they cant get this working.

It doesnt let you make payments, always says there is a error at this time. The only thing it can be used for is looking at your balance.

Since downloading OS 10 I cannot use the@ sign in the User ID space when logging on to the app

Hi: This feature should be added to the app. All other major credit card app has it, its important to prevent fraud. Get an email few days LATER isnt a good option. Hopefully it will be added ASAP.

I accidentally scheduled a payment twice, I could not cancel one payment through the app.

I love your app and use it often. One thing is missing and that is a "cancel" button next to "scheduled payments" of which I often make. Im 70 yrs old and sometimes I forget and schedule a payment twice. I cannot cancel a scheduled pymt using your app. I have to sign out, go to your website & sign in again in order to cancel a pymt. All else about your app is just wonderful & I love it.

Login is a ongoing nightmare. Ive had to reset my password and user name multiple times. Ive had to reinstall app 4x. I have 3 other banking/ credit card apps that work great.

Need instant push notifications like other major credit cards. Very important feature to me. Also hate the fact that I am asked to log in every 30 days or so and set up my fingerprint login. Barclay needs to step up their game

Touch ID doesnt work if you dont log into the app on a regular basis. Why do you ask for the password if I didnt log in over a month? Thats the reasoning for a Touch ID, to not remember all your passwords

Is stupid and annoying that almost every time I have to confirm my identity. Come on guys I use chase, Bank of America, discovery and others and is not like that. Also is ugly needs a lot of work.

The single most important thing for a credit card app is push notifications. I have spoken to the company many times on this issue with no results, please make this happen.

The update doesnt work and is stuck. The app wont delete to reinstall, so it is useless.

Then barclay says I have to make another full payment. Tested it again and it tried to again do it for 1 penny too little!!

The app says it has push alerts, but you cant turn them on. And email alerts are several days delayed. My credit union sends me Visa email alerts within a couple of minutes of authorization. So it is possible. Make push alerts happen, and/or make email alerts useful.

Beyond my password and finger print, I also have to answer two security questions EVERY SINGLE TIME I need to have access the app. I have more than 10 credit cards and this is the only one that has such an absurd security measure. And they dont even offer SMS or push notifications when a charge is approved. Id love to meet the geniuses behind this project.

I would give the app zero stars if I could. The app will not let me paste in my username or my pasword, which is 32 characters long and was generated by my password manager. There is no way I will use this app if I have to manually enter my strong password every time I use the app.

For An app for a card that has almost a $1000 annual fee, this is a poor effort. America express app is far exceeds this. The biggest issue is that it list push notifications but it is barriered. This is a simple function that isnt hard to implement that other major cards have. I like this feature because I can detect a fraudulent charge immediately from my phone and take action. I find it interesting that it will send you an email days after a transaction and send notifications for app inactivity. Barclays needs to add this feature if they intend to be a true luxury card!

This isnt the slickest app compared to the AMEX or CapitalOne apps, but I do give it credit for at least showing recent transactions, temporary authorizations, payments, and miles. Also giving this credit for support TouchID. The main issue is that it provides options for push notifications and SMS, but theyre all disabled in the app. Customer support cant seem to do anything about it, and it seems others have reported this ongoing problem.

Please remove the "confirm identity" feature every time I log in. I understand if Im connecting via a new device. But I have of Touch ID for exactly the purpose of quick secure log in.
